Historic Opera House |
A Visual Verification
of the basement and first floor (restaurant area), was
performed to confirm accuracy of the existing drawings,
and identify discrepancies. A full Field Verification
of the balance of the building was undertaken which
included walls, windows, mullions, columns, doors, stairs,
bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, electrical boxes, furnace(s),
and AHU’s. Elevations on three sides of the building
(including the facade) were performed. |

Residential Developments |
Full CAD services
in support of major national and major regional developers
of residential communities, including development and
maintenance of floor plans, construction drawings and
options for various single family models. ECS work also
includes development of "new models" derived
from blend of base plans and options as directed by
the customers' in-house architectural directors.
Development and delivery
of "Blackline" drawings (elevations), formatted
for "A" size plot, to be utilized by the clients'
marketing and sales departments as collateral or showroom
sample materials.
A major component of this
work included taking client input developed by various
external architectural consultants and converting drawings
to reflect a single set of client CAD standards. |

Industrial/Heavy Manufacturing |
Field verification and
creation of CAD documentation for a former heavy manufacturing
(wire works) facility, including eight elevations, floor
plans, reflected ceiling plan, roof plans estimated
at 75,000 gsf. |

Religious Temple |
Field verify and develop
"as-existing CAD floor plans, a reflected ceiling
plan and three exterior elevations of the Bronx religious
facility located near Yankee stadium, representing approximately
58,500 GSF. Building plan elements to be verified included
all walls, windows, mullions, doors, electric panels,
AFF's, column spacing, bathrooms and bathroom fixtures. |

Retail Space |
Field verify two large
(attached) retail spaces, representing approximately
55,000 for the creation of CAD architectural plans,also
reflecting AFF to deck and underside of structure, notation
of roof top data, electrical service, gas, water mains
and sprinkler heads. |

Project- Individual residential |
Field Verification of
existing architectural conditions for living space,
attic and basement. Building elements to be measured
include existing interior layout (corridors, walls,
windows, doors, and stairs). Elevations were done in
AutoCAD for the front, rear and two sides of the building.
CAD drawings for the residence were developed, based
on survey measurements using the architects CAD standards
and title block. |
